Jihua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd. was originally named No. 3523 Factory of Chinese Army. Our company is affiliated to China Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes (Group) Co., Ltd. We are located in Shenyang City of Liaoning Province, occupying an area of 101,000 square meters, with total capital of 61,150,000RMB and 1015 employees.

Our main products are mobile kitchens, self-propelled cooking vehicles, bulletproof cash-carrying vehicles, antiriot and command vehicles, water purifying trailers and other modified vehicles; bulletproof vests, helmets, shields and different cooking utensils. We have been equipped with more than 10 thousand mobile kitchens, several million steel helmets, hundreds of thousand bulletproof vests. We have modified thousands of cash-carrying vehicles for national financial institutions over the years. We have also exported our products to many countries and regions.

Our company is one of the biggest professional companies for producing bulletproof vests, bulletproof helmets, stab-proof vests, bulletproof cash-carrying vehicles and other safety products in China. With 60 years' production, we have accumulated rich experience and advanced technology. As the only steel helmet manufacturing enterprise for army in China, we are the first enterprise in the research and development of bulletproof vests, stab-proof vests and bulletproof cash-carrying vehicles. In 1998, our company was determined to produce rear equipment by General Rear-Service Department of PLA. In June, 2002, our bulletproof vests and bulletproof helmets for police passed qualification inspection for manufacturing enterprise of public security ministry, which were also conferred with title of Appointed Example Enterprise of Chinese Foreign Trade Enterprises Credit System by the Ministry of Commerce, PRC and Credit Evaluation Committee for China's Foreign Trade Enterprises. In May, 2000, our enterprise passed ISO9002:1994 quality supervision certification. Our company was determined as "a scientific research experimental base" by Rear Research Institute of Ministry Supplies. In 2003, our vehicles have obtained CCC certificate, and passed supervision and inspection every year. In 2006, our company was evaluated as "High-New Technology Enterprise" by Science and Technology Bureau of Shenyang.

Many kinds of our products have been awarded with golden, silver prizes for "High Quality Product of China". We are awarded as "Advanced Enterprise" for management.
